9 Days Tour from Casablanca North _ Imperial Cities

After breakfast in our Hotel in Chefchaouen, we will start driving to Tangier to   Explore the beauty of my hometown. In my tour of Tangier, you will hear the unique dialect and learn about the rich culture drawing many people. 

You will hear stories about what shapes Tangier to be called an international city. We will discover the Medina, historical landmarks, The tour includes a Driving and a Walking part.  We will visit corniche, main street, Cap Spartel (light house), Hercules cave (2500 years old) optional, explore the Medina, Kasbah (old fortress), Mendoubia Gardens.

After the tour, I will escort you to drive back to Chefchaouen to your hotel. 

After breakfast the tour guide will meet you in your hotel to start walking around Medina before heading to Fes where we will spend the night.

Chefchaouen, or the Blue Pearl of Morocco as it’s commonly referred, is undoubtedly one of the top places to visit on a Moroccan itinerary. Having found huge success in tourism, Chefchaouen has something for every traveller or tourist, after walking in blue city we will start driving to Fes through Rif mountains before we reach to Fes where will spend the night in 4 stars hotel with breakfast. 

Today you will explore the oldest city in Morocco. you will begin your guided tour in Medina, one of the world’s largest walled-in cities and the oldest of Morocco’s four Imperial Cities. Throughout this tour, you’ll be allowed to see Bab Boujeloud gate and enter the major road of Talâa Kebira, as well as the tanneries and Chouara Tannery. Then, move ahead to the 14th-century Al Attarine Madrasa, a stunning example of Moroccan architecture. You will explore the famous souks, an architectural style unique to Moroccan culture, where you will learn about the country’s history and art. Having the opportunity to visit the royal palace, tanneries, and potteries will be beneficial to you. Lunch is better to be eaten at a traditional Moroccan restaurant in the heart of Medina. After you’ve had lunch, you’ll finish the tour and head back to your hotel for the evening.

It's not a long trip to drive first to Volubilis. to explore the well-preserved remains of the town, the Triumphal arch, baths, palaces and especially many beautiful mozaics of classical themes from Roman mythology. As one of the most important Roman sites in North Africa, Volubilis has UNESCO World Heritage Status. It is Volubilis that makes Meknes such a popular destination for tourists and is one of Morocco's 'must see' attractions. 

Then it's on to the Imperial city of Meknes founded as a military camp in the 11th century but now known as "the Versaille of Morocco", due to its lavish design, created to mimic the royal palaces of Paris and Arabia during the 17th century by the Sultan Moulay Ismail who made it his capital. 

After our visit we will start driving on highway to reach Marrakech where you will spend the night at 4 stars hotel with breakfast. 

After breakfast, you will start exploring the heart of Marrakech one of the Country’s imperial cities, referred to as the Red city due of its sandstone buildings. With your local guide you will visit the most famous historic sites, museums and colourful souks, or markets of the medina including the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian Tombs, Bahia Palace and the Jardin Majorelle a botanical garden that blends art deco and Moorish features. 

You will have time for lunch. Then, continuing your sightseeing of Marrakech by walking around the focal point of the Medina is Djemaa El-Fna, the main square, enjoying the theatre of the streets buzzing with snake charmers, musicians, acrobats, storytellers and magicians. In the evening you will have free time to enjoy the sunset overlooking the exciting Djemaa El-Fna Square from a restaurant terrace enjoy your dinner, accommodation in the same hotel /or Riad. 

Soak up the fantastic landscape of the Moroccan countryside as you are collected from your hotel at 09 a.m. and driven away from the noise of the city to the foot of the majestic High Atlas Mountains. Drive to Ourika Valley passing various adobe Berber villages and eventually visit one. Continue through the Oukaimden Valley, taking a secluded mountain road, passing through traditional Berber villages built of adobe and stone to reach the 3rd valley Sidi Fares. Descend to Asni valley, a very famous valley for its apple trees, almond trees, walnut trees…and others. Also, you will have the opportunity to see the highest peak in Morocco and north Afrika. Enjoy a delicious lunch in a typical house. Treat yourself and order a Berber tagine or a vegetable couscous, it’s a real delight! 

At the end of the day, we return to Marrakech around 5pm, passing through the high Atlas Mountains, bringing with us unforgettable memories. 

In the morning you will cross the desert plains north of Marrakech driving through the highway until we reach Casablanca. There are many monuments and places of interest to visit around the city and you will be taken to explore the best attractions such as the Hassan II Mosque, the Clock Tower, Rics Café and walk around the Corniche. The Hassan II Mosque is one of the only two mosques open to non-muslims in Morocco. Its tower is the highest in the world, reaching 210 meters high. After the tour will get dropped off at your 4 stars hotel with breakfast. 

After breakfast we will Pick up from your hotel to airport.
